Originally a food terminal, Queens Quay Terminal is now a shopping mall topped with 65 well-appointed condo suites. Fees are a bit high, but building amenities are generous and include the convenience of a year-round indoor pool, a relaxing sauna and whirlpool, and a 24-hour concierge. Suites are generously sized and range from 1100 square feet to 2100 square feet and house one, two or three bedrooms. Each and every suite has a balcony with a gorgeous lake view.
